These terms govern your usage of the PF community forum include provisions that affect your rights and responsibilities, ‘We’. ‘our’ and ‘us’ refer to Intellect Design Arena Limited (and its respective Affiliates) together referred to as “Company”. ‘You’ or ‘your’ refer to you, the individual user and participant in the Forum , such as the disclaimers in Disclaimers, limits on the Company’s liability in Limits on Liability, your agreement to cover the Company for damages caused by misuse in Your Responsibility, and the agreement to resolve disputes in Disputes.

Your Permission to Use the Forum

Subject to these terms, the Company gives you permission to use the PF Forum. Every user must agree to these terms to access or participate in the community. By using the Forum you agree to comply with these terms as may be updated from time to time by the Company.

Conditions for Use

Your permission to use the PF Forum forum is subject to the following:

  1. You may no longer use the forum if the Company contacts you directly to revoke your access.

  2. You must use the forum in accordance with Acceptable Use and Content Standards set forth below.

Acceptable Use

  • Legal Compliance: You shall not break violate any laws while using the PF Forum.

  • Account Integrity: You shall not use or attempt to use another’s account without specific permission.

  • Identity: You shall not buy, sell, or trade usernames or unique identifiers.

  • Spam & Solicitation: You shall not send advertisements, chain letters, or use the forum to gather personal data for commercial mailing lists.

  • Automation: You shall not automate access to or monitor the forum (e.g., crawlers or browser plug-ins) except for public search engine indexing.

  • Security: You shall not disable, avoid, or circumvent any security or access restrictions.

  • Infrastructure: You shall not strain the forum infrastructure with an unreasonable volume of requests.

Content Standards

  • Safety: You may not submit or upload content that is illegal, offensive, harassing, abusive, or promotes hateful conduct.

  • IP & Privacy: You may not submit or upload content that infringes on any intellectual property rights, violates anyone’s privacy or is restricted by contract/law.

  • Malware: You may not submit or upload content containing viruses, spyware, or malicious code.

  • Confidentiality: You may not use the forum to disclose information you do not have the right to disclose, such as confidential proprietary logic or PII.

Your Account

You must create an account to use most features available in the PF Forum. You agree to provide a valid email address and keep it updated. You are responsible for all actions taken using your account. You must promptly notify the Company immediately if you suspect that any illegal or unauthorized activity or security breach involving your account including any loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of credentials.

Your Content

  • Ownership: Nothing in these terms gives the Company ownership of the intellectual property you share (posts, account info). Likewise, you gain no ownership of the Company’s intellectual property.

  • Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for all submissions and posts to the Forum. The Company has no control over users’ submissions and we do not endorse any user submissions. We make no promises regarding the reliability of any source or the accuracy or intellectual property rights of the submissions.

  • License: You grant the Company a license to provide your content to other users. This allows the Company to copy, publish, and analyze content you submit.

  • Removal: We reserve the discretion to remove any submission or content at any time with or without notice. You hereby waive your right to legal claim or action against such removal by the Company. We have the right to block users who violate these terms and/or terminate the user’s PF Forum account.

Your Responsibility

You represent and warrant to either own or have all the rights necessary to upload or share all content contained within any submission. You further agree to indemnify Intellect Design Arena Limited from legal claims related to your breach of these terms. You agree to cooperate with the Company in the defense of such claims.

Disclaimers

You accept all risk of using the forum. As far as the law allows, the Company provides the forum “as is,” without any warranty express or implied . The forum may link to third-party services; the Company makes no warranties regarding those services. You agree to be in compliance with the third party rules and guidelines applicable in accessing the Forum. The link to the same can be found here.

Feedback

The Company welcomes suggestions. You agree that the Company is free to act on feedback without the need for permission, notification, or payment to you.

Disputes

  • Governing Law: The laws of India will govern any dispute related to these terms or your use of the forum.

  • Jurisdiction: You and the Company agree to seek any legal remedies or injunctions related to these terms exclusively in the courts of Chennai, India. Neither party will object to the jurisdiction or venue of these courts.

  • Updates: These terms were last updated on March 18, 2026. The Company may update these terms again and will notify users of substantial changes via email or site alerts. Continued Use of the PF Forum forum constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

These are in addition to the Terms of Service for use of the Purple Fabric platform.
